A little space to check in

Some weeks pass so quickly that it can be hard to tell what they have asked of us. This check-in is a small pause: a place to notice, without judging, what has felt steady, what has felt difficult, and what you might want to carry into the days ahead.

You do not need a perfect answer. A few words are enough. You can write, think quietly, or talk through the prompts with someone you trust. Leave any question blank if it does not fit your week.

Start with what you noticed. What is one moment you would like to remember? It could be a conversation, a task you finished, a rest you took, or something ordinary that brought you comfort.

Name what took energy. Was there a responsibility, feeling, or situation that needed more of you than you expected? You can describe it without trying to explain or solve it.

Consider what would help. What is one thing you would like a little more room for next week? Perhaps it is sleep, company, movement, quiet, or asking for support.

Choose one gentle next step. If you wanted to act on that need, what could be manageable? Keep it small enough to fit into your real life.

The downloadable page gathers these prompts in one place. Come back to it whenever a pause would be useful; there is no schedule to keep and no score to improve.
